Support-a-Unit Fundraiser: Drones for SOF Omega Kyiv

URGENT! 

After completing the fundraiser for drones for 241st TDF, 30th Brigade and Luhansk Police, we are now moving to a well-known SOF unit: Omega Kyiv. We again aim to raise $10,000 to supply this unit with a complete package of 20 drones plus extras.  

It has been known that the Ukrainian drone supremacy of last year has dwindled. That’s one reason circumstances are hard for our friends right now. And while the government meanwhile has increased production, the truth is many units are still dependent on volunteer organizations like UAO to provide them with commercial drones.

Therefore we have launched an drone-program and fundraiser. Each week, we fundraise for a specialized drone unit for approximately 20 drones plus  - if needed - accessories like a powerful antenna and training. For the assemblage of the drones we cooperate with Khortytska Varta.

The unit for this present fundraiser is the special forces unit Omega Kyiv. SOF units play an incredibly important role in catching the invaders off-guard and executing surprise missions. Originally intended for counterterrorism and bodyguard missions, Omega has gained extensive combat experience conducting ambushes, raids and reconnaissance missions while behind enemy lines in Kharkiv and Donetsk. To increase the effectiveness, having a good supply of FPV drones is essential.

Funds coming in after reaching this target of this fundraiser will go to our general drone fund.
