Join Us in Supporting Typhoon Relief Efforts

American territories in the Western Pacific are beginning recovery efforts after Super Typhoon Sinlaku rapidly intensified into a Category 5 storm and struck the Northern Mariana Islands and Guam on April 11, well ahead of peak typhoon season. After days of record-breaking wind and flooding, flights to Saipan have resumed, and communities now face a long road to recovery from this unusually early and powerful storm.

Airlink has extensive experience in effectively responding to cyclones, typhoons, and hurricanes. We partner with nonprofits and airlines to swiftly transport response teams and critical aid supplies to affected communities, delivering immediate relief on the ground.

How We Help

Airlink is providing essential airlift services at no cost to deploy aid supplies and expertly trained personnel to Saipan and Guam, delivering targeted support through:

  • Cash assistance
  • Shelf-stable food aid
  • Water filtration & desalination systems
  • Tarpaulins, generators & other essential shelter supplies for rebuilding

Our Commitment

We support communities grappling with damage to homes and livelihoods throughout every phase of the response, including the medium to long term recovery process, which can span days, weeks, months, and even years .

Why Your Support Is Critical Right Now

Rising fuel costs and ongoing supply chain disruptions are making it significantly more expensive to deliver life-saving aid. At a time when humanitarian needs are increasing around the world, the cost of transporting responders and critical supplies has surged. Airlink has felt this impact directly: The average cost to deploy a humanitarian passenger has more than doubled—from $90 in 2024 to over $228 in 2026. In some cases, unexpected taxes and route limitations can push the cost of a single deployment to $900–$1,800.

These rising costs directly affect how much aid we can deliver and how quickly we can respond. With your support, Airlink can continue to overcome these barriers and ensure that life-saving assistance reaches communities in crisis—when and where it’s needed most.

Your support is crucial in helping us provide the resources and assistance necessary for these communities to rebuild and recover. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by these natural disasters.

In response to Typhoon Sinlaku, United Airlines®  is matching donations up to $25,000 and 1,000,000 miles to support communities experiencing crisis!

Airlink utilizes donated miles to send aid workers around the world quickly, helping them provide relief to those in need when natural disasters and other humanitarian crises occur.

Thank you United MileagePlus Members for helping Airlink provide aid to people around the world!
