Hello, My name is Genessa. 

I am fifteen years old and currently a sophomore at Elsik High School. I have been a part of TWST4Girls for three years. I plan to attend my first International Service & Learning trip to Egypt with the organization this year. I would love your support in helping me reach my goal. Your support would mean I get to volunteer in a Nubian village to teach English to children while developing a global perspective, gaining enriched historical education, cultivating my confidence, growing my independence, and strengthening my college and scholarship applications when the time comes. With your support, this experience will be a huge milestone I will carry with me for the rest of my life. The idea that a fifteen-year-old girl from Houston, Texas, could travel to Africa and teach children how to speak English seems surreal to me. However, it all could be possible with your support.
