Hello, I'm Brianna Bernardez and I am 13 years old. I attend middle school in Alief TX, here in Houston. I am a proud member of the amazing, community serving organization TwsT4Girls. I have been given a great opportunity to attend a summer trip to Egypt, where i can further my study on the history and culture of the country. We also plan on serving local people in the village by providing literature to the women and children which will help them become self-sufficient.  With this trip to the Nubian villages with my TWST sisters, not only will i be experiencing everyday life, but i would also be gaining different life experience that i can take with me to nurture and help me grow. With this experience, i can continue to STAND TALL together as a sister, youth, and leader, by being a voice in my community amongst my peers.
