Tulips for Trauma

This year for Giving Tuesday, I want to invite my friends and family to support Fields of Grace as we provide healing to women who have endured trauma and care for caregivers. 

I started working for Fields of Grace earlier this fall as the Marketing Coordinator. I love getting to see women come to the farm, enjoying the beauty of the flowers and the fresh air. Then witness them leave feeling renewed and rejuvenated. 

I feel passionate about utilizing nature and being active outside to bring about healing and experience the goodness and beauty of God. It is so encouraging and fulfilling to utilize my passions and skills for such an incredible purpose.

Fields of Grace Flower Farm is a non-profit ministry that exists to provide a safe retreat for hurting women to experience the healing love of Jesus Christ. Our rural flower farm is a safe and unhindered environment that is able to provide a therapeutic and peaceful setting for women who have endured any type of trauma, especially those with overlooked trauma such as infertility issues, miscarriages, loss of a spouse/child/parent, adoption, mental or medical ailments, relational strains, those with a deep lack of sense of belonging, ambiguous loss, and so much more. 

We also aim to provide a place where those involved in caring for those with trauma can find a place of rest, a place where they can know they are valued and greatly appreciated, a place to recharge and refocus. The house on the farm was recently renovated to provide an overnight retreat. 

Our total goal is $6,000 to cover the cost of Tulip Fest, our biggest fundraising event of the year. The funds raised through Giving Tuesday will enable us to use the proceeds raised through Tulip Fest exclusively for serving women in need.
