My family has been anchored to the City of Fullerton for more than a century. A common thread between generations has been our dedication to our neighbors and a belief in the promise of our community.
My grandfather was involved in numerous community and civic organizations. Still, he was arrested in 1924 for shouting down the speaker at a KKK rally in Amerige Park. A cross was burned on his front lawn later that night. While not always easy, I will standup up for what is right and bring our community together around compassion and common sense.
