Pick-up trucks are key for our defenders. Used particularly for logistics, they enable quick personnel transport in the rear and near the frontlines. Our UAO team has delivered many 4x4 trucks in the past, and even more drone jammers protecting these vehicles. Now - with your help - we aim to raise 32.000$ (30.000€) for 3 quality 4x4 pickup trucks, to be delivered to three units!

This time, we collaborate with the volunteers from Car4Ukraine. They specialized in procuring and delivering 4x4 vehicles for the frontline with over 500 vehicles deployed to the frontline since 2022. Moreover, they know how to prepare the vehicles - with maintenance and armour-preparation - before it goes out to the unit.

4x4 Trucks are always required near the front! We provided many pick-up trucks and med-evac vehicles to units in need!

This time, we want to help the following units:

1. 80th Separate Assault Brigade, 2nd Assault Battalion

This is a large brigade of soldiers from Galicia region, including the city of Lviv, and are part of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces (AAFU). They are a high-mobility branch of the military using ground forces and attack drones. They have requested pickup trucks to assist with evacuations, personnel movements and logistics.

2. 24th Separate Mechanised Brigade, mortar battery

This historic brigade is known as "King Daniel of Galicia" of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The brigade has fought in the war in Donbas in 2014, 2015, and 2018. From the start of the invasion the 24th Mechanized Brigade was involved in numerous engagements against the Russian Army, the Wagner Group, and the separatists of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic such as the Battle of Lysychansk and the Battle of Donbas. Being mortar operators, they must transport heavy munitions and they have requested pickup trucks to assist with battle tasks including moving men and logistics in and out of the front line.

3. 42nd brigade, 422nd Separate Rifle Battalion

The 42nd Brigade has been fighting in the Kharkiv region since May 2024, providing support to the 125th Territorial Defense Brigade. With the arrival of elements of the 92nd Assault Brigade it managed to stop the advancement of the Russians by taking positions in the village of Lyptsi. The drone operators of the unit fly 20 km deep into Belgorod Oblast to destroy enemy targets. This Unit includes snipers and international soldiers, carrying out special operations. They are still fighting in the Kharkiv region and struggling with mud and snow. They have requested armoured pickups to deploy troops and evacuate wounded.

The warriors from the 80th Brigade will receive one of the trucks!
