Today I had the opportunity to tour the Saratoga backstretch with Rich Migliore thanks to kim Weir who made the arrangements. The tour about 2 hours was an incredible experience for me to get to know Rich and meet some trainers and horses. The work of TRF is a blessing to both the thoroughbreds they place and the incarcerated people that experience the relationship between human and horse that can change their lives. My appreciation for this opportunity cannot be adequately expressed in words.
