Australia is the country with the greatest ethnic diversity in the world but we still face challenges related to social cohesion, inclusion, diversity, equality and equity. These challenges are especially faced by our First Nations Peoples, refugees and asylum seekers. Therefore, we are using the arts as a catalyst to overcome these challenges and to break the employment gap by providing employment and engagement opportunities to First Nations, refugees, asylum seekers and CALD artists and cultural educators to deliver our artistic programs.
