TreePAC, the Trees and People Coalition, and the Duwamish Valley Neighborhood Preservation Coalition have filed a petition with the Washington State Growth Management Hearings Board requesting a review of the Seattle Tree Protection Ordinance 126821, passed on May 23, 2023, with regard to the potentially massive tree loss it enables and the resulting incompatibly with the Seattle Comprehensive Plan's citywide goal of reaching 30% tree canopy.

We are asking for your help with this effort - in whatever amount you can give.  All donations will go toward legal fees.
