Please note that we charge 150 Euros per month for individual travellers, and 250 Euros for couples monthly. And that we do not offer refunds on Payments made as funds are used to arrange for your stay ahead of your arrival. Payment caters for utility bills, wifi access & access to the kitchen and ingredients/prepared meals if preferred.
