We are so excited to be performing again! We've missed your faces, your laughter, and - quite frankly - your "backyards."

Stone Soup Shakespeare's 2021 Tour brings us Hamlet, a tour two years in the making. In our production a decadent party swirls around the prince as he encounters ghosts, wrestles with his inner demons, and seeks revenge for the mistakes of the past generation. With music, puppets and a sword-less sword-fight join us as Hamlet explores a young person finding his way in a dangerous world.

Public performances run Wednesday, Sep. 8 in Southern Illinois and continue through Friday, October 15 when we'll be in Indiana. We'll be traveling throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Indiana, and a few virtual offerings for those unable to make it in-person. Our performances are all outdoors and are all free!

In order to reach more audience, cover additional costs related to keeping everyone healthy this season, insure equitable pay for all of our talented artists, and pay for the gas to keep reaching your "backyard" ask those that can to donate to help.
