A few months before his death, Tom Keyser contacted the BAF office and indicated that he and his wife were sending a donation to create a named discretionary fund. They understood the importance of the community having funding sources available to address challenges and opportunities as they change over time. This caring couple desired no recognition for their gift. They are the parents of John Keyser, owner-manager of Maxwell & Keyser Plumbing and Heating in Beckley, and Sandra Keyser Carson of Jacksonville, FL.
