Together for Gabby
Gabby Adamo, 22 years old, from Frankfort IL, was a fun-loving daughter, sister and friend. She was part of a loving Italian family that supported her endlessly. She was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2015 just as her college career was beginning. From chemo and radiation, to a bone marrow transplant (her brother was her donor!) and then more rounds of chemo ... she fought so hard for nearly 4 years. She eventually lost that battle in November 2019.
Gabby attended Iowa St. University (Delta Zeta Sorority) and IUPUI, and was a graduate of Lincoln-Way East Community High School, class of 2015. Gabby was a cheerleader for the Griffins squad, winning back to back IHSA state championships in 2014 and 2015. She was also a member of the Poms team, cheerleader and Junior Cheer Coach for the Frankfort Falcons Youth Football program. She played softball for Frankfort Fusion and was an avid Chicago White Sox fan.
Her community has come together to support her family emotionally and financially during this difficult time. We are seeking corporate donations that can help the family get out from under the weight of her medical bills. We appreciate your consideration of this request. 100% of the proceeds will be a direct benefit to the family.
