My name is JoBeth Foley, and I am a proud triple-negative breast cancer survivor.

In 2017, shortly after the birth of my third child, I found a lump in my breast. In an instant, my life changed forever. Suddenly, my days became filled with doctor appointments, treatment plans, and the overwhelming uncertainty of how I was going to survive.

As a mother of three young children, my greatest fear wasn't for myself—it was for them. I constantly asked myself, Who will be there to support my children if I'm not here? Who will love them the way I do? Those questions became the driving force behind my determination to fight.

My treatment journey was anything but easy. Along with the challenges of chemotherapy, I developed a blood clot in my heart, endured long hospital stays, and faced countless moments where my future felt uncertain. Cancer tested me physically, emotionally, and mentally, but it also showed me the incredible strength that can be found through hope, faith, and the support of others.

Living through cancer gave me a perspective that has shaped both my life and my career. It deepened my compassion for others facing illness and reinforced why I founded In-Home Angels, a non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping individuals and families through some of life's most difficult moments. After more than 20 years of caring for others, I know firsthand what it means to need help yourself. I understand the fear, the uncertainty, and the toll that illness takes—not only on the individual, but on spouses, children, friends, and caregivers as well.

That is why Ann's Place holds such a special place in my heart.

Ann's Place understands that cancer affects the entire family. Through free counseling, support groups, wellness programs, educational resources, and family services, they care for the whole person—not just the diagnosis. They provide hope, connection, and compassion at every stage of the cancer journey, ensuring that no one has to face it alone or worry about the cost of receiving support.

I know how life-changing these resources can be because I have lived this journey myself. Supporting Ann's Place means helping families find strength during some of the hardest moments of their lives and reminding them that there is always hope.
