The Third District Scholarship, Talent Hunt, and Social Action Foundation are dedicated to supporting Scholastic Achievement. The Foundation is committed to awarding a minimum of $10,000 annually to support the Undergraduate and Postgraduate academic endeavors of young men who have achieved scholastic excellence.
