The Third District Scholarship, Talent Hunt, and Social Action Foundation (The Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works tirelessly to support our communities through scholarships, recognition of youth talent, and community social action.

The Foundation wishes to continue its mission of uplifting our community during these burdensome times by offering our support. With that, we are actively taking steps to provide assistance where it is needed the most by creating a fund that will address and support the "SCHOLASTIC" achievements of students in Washington D.C., and Virginia. The goal is to raise $1,000,000 for our Endowment Account and we will use the interest gained to give out scholarships.

Our Committee Members are President, Mr. Pittman Rock, Ex-Officio Mr. Myron Bowers, Mr. Mark Floyd, Mr. Robert Evans, Mr. Ulysses S. Robinson, Mr. Kevin Poplar Sr. and Mr. Gary Thornhill.

In addition, we are conducting an Endowment Account Raffle - We will give $87,500 once we reach $1,087,500. The million dollar is to be fenced for scholarships and our goal is to give scholarships to our Undergraduate Omega Student (s) that apply via application thru the Third District’s Scholarship Committee.

A $500 or more donation will submit your name in the raffle to win $50,000 for 1^st place, $25,000 for 2^nd place and $12,500 for 3^rd place.

The endowment account raffle is open to all to include the public.
