Health research is essential for tackling diseases and by contributing for your access you will be helping The Global Health Network deliver support to another researcher working somewhere in the world where research skills and experience are lacking but who cannot afford to pay for the training and support they need.

  • $50 will support the delivery of a certified research skills training course to a nurse in Ethiopia

  • $100 will support 10 people attending a virtual workshop to support a new malaria study

  • $15 will support a research team downloading a template to guide their community engagement work
You are agreeing to donate to The Global Health Research Accelerator not-for-profit which has been set up by The Global Health Network and the University of Oxford as a social enterprise that is able to access funds and seek support for the work that happens within The Global Health Network. The Global Health Research Accelerator is a social enterprise that has been set up to provide a sustainable income for The Global Health Network. The aim of The Global Health Network is to support, enable, guide and enhance research in low-resource settings and does so by providing open and free access to research tools, resources, guidance and training to health workers, research teams and laboratory staff. We work within the regions, running programmes with local partners and we make all our resources available online. These high-quality resources, training courses, tools, template and guidance documents are enabling many thousands of healthcare workers in every setting to undertake the same international standard research. Ability to conduct research should be globally equitable and there should also be equity in who benefits from health research.
