Robert and Mary Ann Worley have long been interested in education, youth and golf. The First Tee program provides an opportunity for them to impact each of these interests in one package. First Tee of WV offers programming for children between the ages of 5 and 17 utilizing learning facilities and school programs that promote character development, life enhancing values, and healthy choices through the game of golf. Bob is the owner of Baylor Mining Inc. Through the company, Bob and Mary Ann have been a partner in education for first Sylvia Elementary School and then Stratton Elementary School since 1984. Lifetime residents of Raleigh County, they are the parents of two married daughters, Stacy and Erica.
