Getting Women Elected to Office!

In early January 2020, The Women’s PAC emerged to support Illinois women seeking state and local office – because a glaring problem needs to be fixed.

As you know, women candidates have historically lagged behind their male counterparts when

it comes to fundraising. In 2018, for example, Democratic women who won their primary congressional campaigns raised, on average, $185,000 less than men. The disparity at the state and local level is no different.

That is why The Women’s PAC was launched. We want to even the political playing field in Illinois between men and women. We are focused solely on raising money and providing resources for only Illinois women candidates for state and local office.

Our PAC is 100% volunteer driven. We run on grit and hard work alone. The money we that raise will go directly to our vetted, endorsed candidates in the form of cash or services, such as direct mail, social media advertising, polling, etc. Every penny we raise will help Illinois women candidates.
