Continuing Support

The West Virginia End of Life Coalition, Inc. (WVELOC) needs your support to maintain its functions.  In addition to providing information about end of life options on its website, WVELOC is using its website to conduct anonymous polling of the general population regarding their responses to a series of novel, multiple-choice, questions based on hypothetical end of life situations involving themselves or their loved ones.  WVELOC developed these hypothetical questions in order to provide information to policy makers.  The other items will allow us to analyze the responses to see the effects of the demographic information provided by the respondents.  It is hoped that our poll can ultimately include a large portion of the general population.  To help us, please donate now!  Just click the donate button in the upper right of this page to activate the input area.  Then you can either click a preset button amount or enter any amount you choose after the USD$ in the blank area.  We can only accept donations from West Virginia-residents.  By making a donation you are attesting that you are a West Virginia Resident.
