Voice for The Voiceless is urgently raising funds to file a critical lawsuit demanding that the state of Utah uphold the constitutional right to equal protection for every human being—beginning at fertilization.  We have an opportunity to force Utah to recognize equal protection to every human being through the laws that already exist.  This means that no new laws would need to be passed.  Instead they would need to enforce laws that are already on the books.

Winning this lawsuit could mean the end of all abortions in the state of Utah without new legislation.

State officials are attempting to change this by redefining when life begins.  That way they can continue to allow abortion, while misleading the state by saying Utah is ProLife. This change would unjustly continue to keep preborn humans from their fundamental rights and set a dangerous precedent.

We cannot stand by. We must act.
