The VIllage Capital Campaign

At Imhotep Academy, students are given the opportunity to develop their

own voice and leadership skills. Our stellar results have been accomplished using parent tuition as our only source of funding. For twenty-nine years, Imhotep Academy has remained a privately owned business and has been able to ensure the continued academic excellence of students without the support and benefits of a nonprofit organization. Despite our success, we have now reached a very pivotal moment in our history. Tuition alone will no longer sustain our needs nor help us improve or expand.

As of January 2023, Imhotep Academy is now a newly formed 501c(3) nonprofit corporation. We believe that by becoming a nonprofit organization and focusing on fundraising and annual giving, we will help improve and strengthen the educational experience for all Imhotep Academy students, faculty, and staff for years to come.

In order for Imhotep Academy to continue its strong track record of educational excellence and achievement, we need community support. Imhotep’s leadership is asking supporters to contribute to our Village Capital Campaign to raise the funds needed for campus improvements and the development of new facilities envisioned in its K-12 master plan.

Imhotep Academy is a Section 501(c) (3) charitable organization, EIN 87-4139065. All donations are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution.
