So pleased to almost stumble across this charity. We had a crow with a badly damaged right wing and leg in our garden. Our first instinct was to contact the RSPCA: after following various call centre options, it became apparent that our animal in distress was not high on their agenda. After a useful search on the Internet, we found a number which, admittedly very luckily was just 3 streets away, and answered by a human, gave great advice. This contact gave their address to bring the injured creature to and, after dropping it off, said to call in a couple of days for an update. We can't afford a huge donation, so would appeal to all animal lovers to direct more to this charity.
