The Northern Lights Circle

The Northern Lights Circle is our community of monthly supporters helping Northern Lights Aid provide consistent, practical support to displaced and vulnerable people in Kavala, northern Greece. 

Monthly donations give us the stability to plan ahead, keep our programmes running, and respond when urgent or unexpected needs arise.

Why monthly support matters:

Many of the needs we respond to are ongoing. Every month, people rely on NLA to access clothing and hygiene products, essential items for babies and families, medical assistance, language classes, community activities, and safe spaces where they can learn, meet, and spend time together. 

Grants and one-off donations remain essential, but they are often restricted to specific projects or periods. Monthly donations provide flexible and predictable funding, allowing us to cover essential gaps and direct support where it is most needed. Even a small regular contribution becomes powerful when people give together.

Your monthly donation contributes to NLA’s work across all projects, including: 

- Our Community Centre and its educational, creative, and social activities 

- Clothing, hygiene products, and household items through the Free Store 

- Diapers and other essential items through the Baby Support Programme 

- Medication, medical examinations, transport, and other healthcare-related costs
