This Mother’s Day, honor the love, strength, and courage of mothers by helping a mother in our community find her way forward.

In 2025 more than 330 single mothers walked through the doors of The Navigation Center. They did not come because they gave up. They came because they refused to. 

They are navigating housing instability, healthcare gaps, transportation challenges, and the daily weight of caring for their children while trying to rebuild stability for their families.

At The Navigation Center, we walk alongside mothers and families in crisis, connecting them to housing support, healthcare resources, employment assistance, transportation, and the human services they need to move toward long-term stability.

On average, it costs $500 a week to walk alongside a mother and her family with care, coordination, and practical support.
