Goal

Our goal is to sponsor 100 mothers by the end of the year.

No mother should have to heal alone, and the weeks following birth are some of the most vulnerable in a woman’s life. Yet too often, new moms are left without the care, resources, or community they desperately need. This gap in support leads to higher rates of postpartum depression, health complications, and feelings of isolation that no mother should ever face.

At 4th Trimester Mission, we believe every new mom deserves to be seen, supported, and strengthened during this critical time. That’s why we’re inviting you to stand in the gap. With just $45, you can sponsor a mother’s postpartum journey, providing her with the essential care and encouragement she needs to not only recover, but to also thrive.

When you give, you’re not just making a donation...

👉 You’re changing a story.

👉 You’re helping a mother feel whole again.

👉 You’re building a future where families are healthier and stronger—starting from day one.

Together, we can rewrite the 4th trimester. One mom. One gift. One life-changing impact at a time.

Here are some of the testimonials from our mothers:

Emily's Story:
This organization was a huge support and truly a life saving support system for me. I don't have a huge support system. The people in my support system were not understanding of a life altering situation that happened April 10th, 2025. Not only did I lose my second child but I also nearly lost my life. The women that came together to assist in supporting me through this terrible situation helped in making me feel heard, understood and unconditionally loved. I hope to continue this support by helping other women that have experienced life altering loss throughout this organization's work of love where they assist families with meals, doula support and women helping women in tough times. This organization is essential to our community's health and wellness to encourage growth, camaraderie and genuine kindness.

Carter's Story:
Walker and I LOVE the 4th Trimester Mission. It’s been amazing watching him start to notice the other babies around him. It’s been so fun to chat with other mommies about everything from best diaper brands to balancing work and motherhood. I love that there’s not a structured program - that we can come when we’re able, dressed however we’re comfortable, and nothing is expected of us. I’ve been recommending the group to every pregnant or new mama I see because it is SO helpful to have time with others going through the same stages together.
Julie's Story:

Becoming a new mom is an overwhelming experience, and I knew I would be craving a community of women in similar life stages to grow with through this infant period and beyond. Finding 4th Trimester Mission was such a blessing, because I was immediately enveloped into a group of women at one of the New Mom Meetups who made me feel seen, validated, and comforted in the ups and downs of being newly postpartum. It was a blessing to know that I wouldn’t be judged, that I could show up authentically, and that I could begin building my tribe of friends with little ones. I also loved imagining that by taking this step, our daughter, Kennedy, might meet the little babies who would one day be at her first birthday party and grow into her best friends. Who knows!

I’m also thankful for the home visits 4TM provides. It was encouraging to hear someone else tell me I’m doing a good job (especially when it’s so easy to second-guess everything), while also answering questions and making me feel supported as we learn all these new things together. The thoughtful gifts and helpful freezer meals were also a sweet way to lighten the load.

It truly takes a village, and I’m so grateful that 4th Trimester Mission and all of these wonderful women can be part of mine—and that I can be part of theirs.
