Kendall Scudder is an affordable housing professional currently serving on the Dallas Central Appraisal District Board of Directors, Pos. 2, and as the Vice Chair for Finance of the Texas Democratic Party. In his more than 20 years of activism within the Democratic Party, Kendall has served on every level from Precinct Chairman to Vice Chair for Finance with a reputation for being a workhorse.

Kendall is running for Chairman of the Texas Democratic Party to rebuild our party from the ground-up, with a strong emphasis on grassroots activism and progressive populism.
