The Gerald J. Carasea Endowment Fund

Mr. Gerald Carasea served as the beloved band director at Cloverleaf High School for 34 years where he was a mentor and role model for many teachers and students. Mr. C’s high energy, sharp focus and love of everything musical were instrumental in his success as a father, husband, friend, Challenger baseball coach, musician, music teacher, band director, music contest judge and educational music consultant. Mr. C marched to the beat of his own drum...and he made sure we all followed him...and he made it fun...and he made us better people for it. This endowment fund was established to help support and foster Mr. C’s desire to help others by encouraging students to be involved in their world in their own way.
