Initial donors Dan and Cynthia Bickey designated that the annual net income of this fund shall be used to support First Tee of West Virginia with particular emphasis upon its learning center in Raleigh County, WV. The Bickeys have supported numerous projects in the Beckley area and have established seven other BAF funds. Mr. Bickey died in July, 2014.
