This year’s gala will be held to benefit women and children in Ghana.
Providing dignity and opportunity to girls and women in Ghana is at the forefront of Ghana Make A Difference's work to protect children and preserve families. Ghana Make A Difference (GMAD) educates and employs girls and women that have limited opportunities due to disabilities or facial differences. GMAD provides vulnerable single mothers refuge and a path to self reliance with social assistance, medical care and vocational support. GMAD also works with organizations such as Days for Girls to eliminate stigmas and remove barriers to success.
All proceeds from the evening will be donated to Ghana Make A Difference, a US registered non-profit committed to sustainably improving the lives of families and children in Ghana through education, shelter, and support. A particular donor is covering the overhead associated with this event, so absolutely 100% of your donation will make it to Ghana to help improve the lives of women and to educate and shelter vulnerable children.
Tickets are 10,000 yen each (two tickets for 15,000 yen) and the purchase of every ticket includes a limited hardcover edition of Michael's photography book “Life Living Life.” Drinks and light appetizers will be served.
