Goal

As we approach 2026, it is our vision and deepest hope to celebrate 25 years of work by moving to a new permanent home at 302 East College Street in downtown Florence. This historic building—once part of the Cotton District and now located in the Arts & Entertainment District—marks a new chapter: a space to deepen engagement, grow programs, and make sustainable craft a part of daily life in our community. This new space will help make the work of craft preservation visible and accessible to a broader range of people, laying the foundation for a sustainable future rooted in making, education, and cultural heritage.

The new location will inspire collaboration and become a hub for making, teaching, and preserving the stories of fashion and textiles. This vision will come to life through a Maker Lab, design studios, workshops, educational collaborations, community event spaces, a café, and a retail area.

Our fundraising goal is $3.5 million, which covers renovation, furnishing, and activation of this space.

Join us in making history with a donation of any size today. Together, we’ll create a lasting legacy of craft, community, and connection.
