For 12 years, Have a Heart, Save a Heart has quietly grown through the generosity of individual donors, medical colleagues, and our annual Women’s Heart Symposium.


But now, we’re thinking bigger—because the crisis is bigger.


Heart disease remains the #1 killer of women—claiming 1 in 3 lives.


That’s why we’re launching The 33% Pledge, our first-ever formal fundraising campaign and annual fund. It’s a bold promise to fight for every woman who might otherwise be overlooked, misdiagnosed, or under-informed.
