Many of us are struggling with stress and occupied thoughts. Making it difficult to enjoy our lives. This month, all around the world, we are Stepping Up to raise awareness and support.

We are raising money to offer everyone the change to find someone to talk to. We are often hesitate to talk to our family and friends about sensitive topics. The more important are anonymous hotlines and center which offer an open mind to listen and trained contact to have a conversation.

All donations go to TELL, a Japan based NGO offering support for individuals and educational support for organizations. (Where will your money go?)

We are asking the community to join our month-long campaign to create hope for others through our actions. Last year our team collected ¥51,989. Together we can do more!

Get together with friends, family, business colleagues, and teammates, meet your community, and raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention and mental health care in Japan’s international community. Get your athletic shoes ready and save the dates for the StepUp challenge! We can’t wait to see you there.
