Takis- You're amazing and I'm so thankful for you and all you do for animals. You're a precious human who has devoted your whole life to this. I don't ever travel, but if I do travel, I will come and volunteer!!! Thank you so much!!!

Until it becomes official, I have assigned the honorary title of Takis, Patron Saint Of Animals Of Greece, in honour of quite possibly, thee most incredible animal rescuer there is in Europe at this time known simply as Takis. Your never ending and unfathomable work, and that of ALL THOSE who kindly volunteer their time at Takis' Shelter, with one goal in mind... The prevention of the suffering, abuse and neglect of innocent, defenceless animals of all species but primarily dogs that makes up what is one of the largest, most humane and kindest shelters in existence, & seeing this work has had the most profound effect on myself & my gratitude knows no bounds.
