Tablets for Teaching

At Educate the Nations our mission is to increase and improve a child's access to quality education in developing countries. Schools more than ever today are using online learning tools to enhance education for their students.  We come alongside our partnering schools in developing countries by providing tablets for teaching. Tablets will help teachers and students connect to the digital world and a vast array of learning resources found online.

The Need

To provide teachers with at least one Kindle Fire for their classroom.

Benefits of Tablets in the Classroom

1. Improve reading through access to a digital library.

2.  Improve learning outcomes through the use of educational applications.

3. Foster an inclusive learning environment – children with special educational needs and disabilities can learn effectively with online applications.

4. Provide access to digital textbooks, educational videos, and online courses.

5. Increase the pedagogy of teachers who can receive professional development online.

6. Bridge the home school divide- teachers can connect with parents and encourage learning at home.
