Support Wildflower Composers!

Hello friends! At my recital in Wilmington, DE on March 13th, 2022, we were able to raise $200 for Wildflower Composers -- Can you help this grow to reach $2000?

We all share this responsibility of supporting the change we wish to see in the world, particularly within the scope of Classical Music: representation from all of backgrounds on our classical music stages, now and in the future.

Wildflower Composers aims to amplify the voices of gender-marginalized composers and work toward a more equitable future for contemporary music. We serve composers who identify as part of the gender-marginalized community, which includes cis-women, trans-women, trans-men, and those who are nonbinary or gender-nonconforming.

Wildflowers are not constrained by specifics. They are a mix of colors, of sizes, of scents. They can (and do) grow anywhere, without restraint.

By providing accessible, high-quality education, resources, and mentorship to young, gender-marginalized composers, Wildflower Composers is working towards narrowing the gender gap and increasing the representation of female, trans, and nonbinary composers across all genres.
