Support United Voices for Newcomer Rights
United Voices for Newcomer Rights (UVNR) is a community-led organization founded in 2019 by newcomer families, UNM students, and community advocates. We believe that every newcomer—whether a refugee, asylum seeker, or immigrant—deserves dignity, opportunity, and a voice in shaping their future.
Through a holistic approach, we provide direct services that meet urgent needs while working toward long-term systemic change. Our work focuses on:
1. Emergency Support & Direct Services – Helping newcomers access housing, healthcare, food, and legal resources.
2. Leadership Development – Empowering refugee/immigrant leaders to drive change within their communities.
3. Social Justice & Racial Equity – Advocating for policies that protect and uplift newcomer communities.
4. Community-Based Solutions – Strengthening local capacity to address issues that directly impact newcomers.
Why Your Support Matters?
Newcomers face immense challenges, from navigating complex systems to overcoming language and cultural barriers. Your donation helps ensure they receive the support, resources, and advocacy needed to thrive.
Donate today and stand with us in building a more inclusive and just society.

Your mission is more important now than it has ever been, and likely, more difficult. But you are the light in what I hope will be a passing darkness.
