Coalition to Save Local Businesses, Inc., is a nonstock corporation that operates as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to the Coalition are attributed to 100 percent to lobbying and political expenses as defined in the Internal Revenue Code and are not deductible as an ordinary or necessary business expense.
