The Next Generation of Global Digital Leaders

Around the world, young people are being left out of decision-making conversations that directly impact their lives and futures. Youth are consistently under-represented in fields like digital design, and programs that have the potential to measurably impact their health and economic future are being created without their ideas, vision and innovation. 

That's why YLabs created the Youth Leadership Cohort, a one-of-a-kind program for the next generation of global digital leaders. Cohort members are embedded into our team for a year, gaining hands-on experience in digital design, sharing inputs on our projects, and learning from hand-selected mentors.

The YLC is creating new pathways for young global leaders at the intersection of digital and social impact.

Help our 2024 cohort grow as social impact leaders:

$50 funds one hour of tailored career training

Each leader will be trained on project design, proposal development, presentation skills, and career readiness.

$100 funds one hour of coaching from an expert in their chosen field

Each leader will participate in bi-weekly check-ins with the Youth Leadership Cohort Lead and have monthly coaching from a YLabs expert mentor in their chosen career path.

$250 supports a young leader to attend intensive workshops on public health and design

Each leader will receive in-depth training in public health, design, and communications, to support them to have the skills to build their ideas into projects to serve their communities.

$2,000 sponsors a young leader to participate in a conference

With your funding, we can offer these Young Leaders the opportunity to participate in an international conference relevant to their area of focus*. This opportunity will help participants expand their professional network and bring their voices to advance health and opportunities for young people.
