Help improve the lives of LGBTQ+ people

Will you help improve the lives of LGBTQ+ people?

While much progress has been made in recent times, there is still a long way to go.

After five years campaining for a full ban on conversion therapy, the UK Government has still not published the draft legislation. During this time, thousand of LGBTQ+ people in the UK have been suffering due to these harmful attempts to 'cure' us.

No more delays. No more loopholes. Conversion therapy is not therapy, it's abuse. And it needs to end - now!

Will you help by donating today?

We won’t stop working until all LGBTQ+ people everywhere are free to be ourselves and love who we love. We will continue to lobby for policy changes at the highest levels, supporting LGBTQ+ people throughout our lives – whether this be in education, workplaces, or healthcare.

Will you help create a world where all lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, questioning and ace people are safe, happy, and thriving?

We all have a part to play in creating a world where everyone, everywhere can be themselves. Your support can make all the difference.

Please donate today and play your part in building a better tomorrow for LGBTQ+ people.

I cannot really stop paying my TV license but I am appalled at what the BBC are doing to LGBTQ+ people and Stonewall specifically & wanted to donate what I pay for my TV license to Stonewall in solidarity.

Putting my BBC license fee to much better use. Solidarity, always.

I'm so sad and scared by the attempts to turn a tide against you just because you support all LGBTQ+ people, I appreciate everything Stonewall has done for people like me and for people waaaay more marginalised and I need you to keep doing what you're doing. I feel like I've taken you for granted until now and I can't do that anymore.

I am donating because I want to say thank you for helping the LGBTQIA+ community and for helping the terrible attacks on trans people. Because we should be free to live our lives like everyone else. Thanks Clyde

I’m donating in response to the continuous and ever hideous attacks on Stonewall for supporting the trans community. Similar to the horrendous attacks against gay men and lesbians in the 1980/90’s when I was coming out.

As a very proud Mum of a young person who is part of the LGBTQ+ community, it is essential that conversion therapy is banned.

Because you’re being vilified by the anti trams lobby and as a gay man who values our trans siblings I resent that

I'm here because of the BBC and the attacks from the media on Trans people. If you attack one of us you attack us all. Queer solidarity, we will not be silenced!

Seeing how the BBC has decided to erase and harm queer, intersex, transgender and nonbinary communities, I felt compelled to donate. Keep doing the good work

Thank you for standing by trans people. I wish I could donate more. Defund the BBC and shove it to the ground.

The recent negative coverage (the BBC) about your amazing work on trans rights issues, the fact that the same organisation is withdrawing its participation, plus the incredible work you continue to do (including but not only helping LGBTQ+ Afghans). LGBWithTheT x

Your head of policy Kieran posted a brilliant thread on the challenges/persecution LGBTQ+ people and Stonewall have faced throughout history and it reminded me I wanted to become a regular donor. Keep fighting the good fight. Thank you for not being scared away from fighting for the rights of people who need it most. Thank you for fighting for trans people.

After today's spineless decision by the BBC, please keep doing all the great work that you do. Continue standing up for the whole LGBT+ community, unlike the anti-trans groups whose only goals are to sow hate and division.
