Help improve the lives of LGBTQ+ people

Will you help improve the lives of LGBTQ+ people?

While much progress has been made in recent times, there is still a long way to go.

After five years campaining for a full ban on conversion therapy, the UK Government has still not published the draft legislation. During this time, thousand of LGBTQ+ people in the UK have been suffering due to these harmful attempts to 'cure' us.

No more delays. No more loopholes. Conversion therapy is not therapy, it's abuse. And it needs to end - now!

Will you help by donating today?

We won’t stop working until all LGBTQ+ people everywhere are free to be ourselves and love who we love. We will continue to lobby for policy changes at the highest levels, supporting LGBTQ+ people throughout our lives – whether this be in education, workplaces, or healthcare.

Will you help create a world where all lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, questioning and ace people are safe, happy, and thriving?

We all have a part to play in creating a world where everyone, everywhere can be themselves. Your support can make all the difference.

Please donate today and play your part in building a better tomorrow for LGBTQ+ people.

Thank you for standing by trans people. I wish I could donate more. Defund the BBC and shove it to the ground.

The recent negative coverage (the BBC) about your amazing work on trans rights issues, the fact that the same organisation is withdrawing its participation, plus the incredible work you continue to do (including but not only helping LGBTQ+ Afghans). LGBWithTheT x

Your head of policy Kieran posted a brilliant thread on the challenges/persecution LGBTQ+ people and Stonewall have faced throughout history and it reminded me I wanted to become a regular donor. Keep fighting the good fight. Thank you for not being scared away from fighting for the rights of people who need it most. Thank you for fighting for trans people.

After today's spineless decision by the BBC, please keep doing all the great work that you do. Continue standing up for the whole LGBT+ community, unlike the anti-trans groups whose only goals are to sow hate and division.

In light of the news the BBC is pulling out of your Diversity Champion scheme, and the shameful attacks on trans rights that seem to be coming from all areas of the media. This is all I can spare but you deserve more.

Donated in response to BBC withdrawal. When is British society going to snap it of it and remember that demonising minorities is a very dangerous road to take?

I donate with tears in my eyes, appalled at a once great institution-the BBC-siding with the anti-Trans lobby and no longer signing up to your diversity programme. I just want you to know how grateful I am and most LGBT+ people are for the vital work you do. I know it must be so tough at times, but don't let the bustards get to you. Keep doing what you're doing. Mathew, Leicestershire.

I am worried about the general rise of transphobia and don't agree with the way Stonewall have been treated.

J

Donating because of the frenzy of lies and hatred out there about Stonewall - including today the shameful and cowardly withdrawal of the transphobic BBC from the Diversity Champions Programme. The trans community really needs Stonewall. Thank you for what you do.

S

Stephen

Because Stonewall is being attacked and I want to stand up for trans rights.

As a trans woman who is incredibly disturbed by the ratcheting transphobia in UK media, thanks for standing by your values and understanding the importance of solidarity across the entire LGBT+ community
