Roadtrip Nation started in 2001, when a group of friends wondering what to do with their lives hit the road in search of answers—and ended up creating a movement that prioritizes exploration, connection, and storytelling on the path to building a fulfilling life.

Since then, we’ve made it our mission to empower people to define their own roads—and through our road trips, public television series, and educational tools and resources, we’ve been able to help millions of people explore careers in a way that feels authentic to them. 

Our work focuses on providing career resources to populations where access has been historically limited—and our process has been proven to help young people find confidence and clarity throughout their career search, build social capital, and ultimately, find engaging work.
