Support Grace Point Ministries & William Getumbe Foundation - CLI Campus - Kenya, Africa

**Ministry Overview for Support and Sponsorships**

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

I am William Getumbe, married to Virginia Masitha, and we are blessed with four wonderful children: Cecilia, Hazel, and our twin girls, Talia and Norah. As a born-again Christian, I lead house church gatherings in Kenya under Grace Point Ministries. I hold a degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount Kenya University and serve as the CEO of the William Getumbe Foundation, where I advocate for human rights and spread the Gospel.

Our ministry has successfully established over 100 house church gatherings across Kenya. These gatherings are led by dedicated leaders who care for and guide the flock. We meet in our homes to worship and serve the Lord as directed by the Holy Bible, reaching out to the lost and equipping believers with the Word of God. Our ministry also addresses the physical needs of our community by providing essentials such as Swahili Bibles, Christian literature, food, clothing, and basic necessities. We focus on helping widows, orphans, youth, the elderly, the sick, and bereaved families. Additionally, our outreach extends to schools, colleges, universities, TV, and radio.

Our ongoing projects include:

1. **Child and Youth Education**: Ensuring all children, regardless of financial status, receive education.

2. **Medical Assistance**: Offering both prayer support and medical aid, with a future goal of establishing a medical facility.

We welcome missionaries from around the world to share and impart their spiritual and physical knowledge, furthering the Gospel through exchange programs.

**Areas of Prayer and Support Needs**:

1. **Children’s Homes**: Establishing shelters for orphans and assisting families in co-hosting orphans.

2. **Vocational Training Center**: Providing skills training to help mitigate life challenges.

3. **Group Table Banking**: Encouraging savings and financial growth through a cooperative society.

We serve a community largely dependent on unreliable casual jobs. Our vision includes:

- Entrepreneurial support for widows (e.g., grocery shops, beauty parlors, tailoring, welding, car wash, and greenhouse farming).

- Establishing training centers in various trades (e.g., computer training, carpentry, culinary arts, motorbike taxis).

- Drilling wells for clean water and promoting livestock farming.

The **William Getumbe Foundation** addresses:

- Health

- Environmental welfare

- Social relief

- Drug and alcohol abuse prevention

- Human rights

- Building and resettlement initiatives

We seek partnerships with like-minded individuals and organizations to empower and assist our community. We welcome visitors and any form of support, whether through donations or physical presence.
