Goal

Our mission is to make career resources accessible regardless of gender, nationality, financial status, race, etc. One of the ways you can help meet that mission is through donations. We use those funds to keep our services avoidable and attainable. Our main goal is to have our own location where people can meet for mentorship, learning, community, and support. Until then, we use the funds to expand what we offer to our clients through coaching not only for their careers but also for their personal and mental well-being. We address the entire person with a holistic approach.

We want to expand our services to women in STEAM. This is a group that we believe is often underserved at the leadership and founder levels. As of 2022, we still find that less than 2% of women-led startups receive funding. When it comes to leadership in start-ups, 377 of tech start-ups have at least one woman leading, while about 27% of established corporations have at least one woman on their board or on the c-suite level. We want to provide the knowledge and resources to increase these numbers. Through targeted leadership programs & coaching and a strong network & community, we believe we can make a difference.

Based on our experience, we have developed a methodology of combining 1:1 coaching and workshops to help people unlock their potential. Always our goal is to make resources available to underserved or discriminated groups. These same resources are offered to executives and wealthy individuals but are offered to other communities at a rate they can afford. We encourage and support our clients to take action of their own situation, which always feels better than sitting and waiting for something to change.
