In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, fostering equity and diversity in tech is crucial for continued growth and innovation. We've made efforts to address gender inequality - but women, particularly women of color, continue to be underrepresented in technical roles and leadership. Radical action is needed to close the opportunity gap for Black women and girls.
By supporting Black Girls CODE, FormAssembly actively contributes to bridging this gender gap.
Black Girls CODE leads a global movement to establish equal representation in the tech sector. They aim to create a supportive and inclusive community that empowers girls to embrace their passion for technology, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue careers in the tech sector. They are devoted to showing the world that Black girls can code and do so much more.
