Support Ahmed’s Family: Hope Beyond Destruction

Ahmed Derawi is a teacher from Gaza who believes education brings hope. 

Before the war, he inspired students and helped them build a better future. Today, his school is destroyed, his income is gone, and his family faces 

displacement, hunger, and uncertainty.

Despite these challenges, Ahmed continues teaching. Through his volunteer work with UNICEF, he provides English lessons to children in tents, helping them find moments of hope and happiness.

His biggest concern is his family, including his twin sons, Salman and Kinan, who are growing up amid hardship. 

Ahmed has lost his home and community, but he remains determined to support children through education and kindness.
