Thank you for your interest in the Summer Grand Slam to Benefit Tennis and Tutoring. Tennis and Tutoring will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary this fall. That's 10 years of providing safe, effective, free afterschool programming for deserving youth in our communities.Our registration form allows up to two players to register at a time (for the same session--9am-12pm or 6-9pm). Want to sponsor a player other than yourself, read instructions carefully to indicate yourself as the sponsor and complete contact information for the sponsored player.
Refreshments will be provided at both sessions. All players will receive a player thank you gift and one entry into the grant prize "opportunity (for all) drawing" for a pair of two tickets to the President's Box at the 2017 US Open. Players can win more drawing tickets through the session by completing skills challenges and games.Have questions about registration or the event? Players play this event at their own risk. In completing this event registration, I hereby forever release and waives any and all claims, causes of action, loss or damage relating to my participation in the the Summer Grand Slam to Benefit Tennis and Tutoring, including all of Tennis and Tutoring's officers, staff, board of directors, agents, assigns and all of its program partners, including, but not limited to the volunteers who support our program, and the Cottonwood Country Club, its officers, staff, board of directors, agents and assigns.
A photographer is onsite for this event. Your registration grants us permission to use your image in event promotions via social media channels, our website, blog, newsletters, or printed materials. Participant names are never used in photos and individuals are never tagged in social media posts unless written permission is confirmed by the participant to the staff of Tennis and Tutoring.
Players under the age of 21are welcome to play at the 9am-12pm session, but they are not eligible for the grand prize drawing. Players under the age of 18 must share contact information for a parent/guardian to play.
Up to $75 of your registration may be considered a charitable donation to "Tennis and Tutoring Program." A 501(C)3 nonprofit, EIN 45-4999-860. Please consult your tax advisor.
