Right now, Sudan is facing one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world.
More than 10 million people have been forced from their homes by relentless conflict, famine, and floods. The nation’s health system has nearly collapsed—70% of hospitals are out of service, and lifesaving medicines are running out fast.
In El Fasher, once the last refuge in Darfur, entire communities have been destroyed. Families who fled violence now face hunger, disease, and despair—with nowhere left to turn for help.
Since April 2023, over 150,000 people have been killed, and 30 million are struggling to survive. Children are dying from treatable illnesses. Mothers are giving birth with no medical care. The spread of cholera, malaria, and malnutrition threatens to claim thousands more lives.
This is not just one emergency— It’s a catastrophe of hunger, disease, and displacement. But there is still hope.

Across Sudan’s Northern State and beyond, we are:
Running mobile clinics that reach families trapped in displacement camps
Providing maternal and newborn care to women giving birth in unimaginable conditions
Treating malnourished and wounded children before it’s too late
Supplying hospitals and clinics with essential medicines, fuel, and medical equipment
Since 2019, MedGlobal has supported 72 health facilities across Sudan. In 2024, our teams provided maternal healthcare, primary health services, and emergency cholera response for more than 450,000 people, and delivered medical supplies and equipment that reached 1.6 million individuals in need. In Northern State, MedGlobal actively supports 26 health facilities around Ad Dabbah and operates two mobile clinics, bringing critical medical assistance to displaced families who have nowhere else to turn. During the siege of El Fasher in July 2024, our teams delivered emergency medical supplies to reach communities that had been completely cut off from humanitarian aid.
