In the spirit of social distancing, Baroquelyn musicians will be doing a series of of online solo concerts until we are once again allowed to congregate. We'll be doing the concerts live and making them available during and afterward via recording to ALL BAROQUELYN MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS.
These concerts have two purposes. First, to bring us together with good music in a time when we are forced to be physically apart. And second, Baroquelyn musicians could use a helping hand. The current situation is financially devastating musicians -- most musicians have had their entire incomes suddenly disappear in the space of a few days. Gig-based workers are some of the hardest hit, and they don't know how they're going to pay the rent or feed their families. They often don't have access to normal emergency resources. I'd like to make a difference by paying musicians during this time even though our concert was cancelled. With your help, we can do that!
